1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pulget(the “Service”). You accept them by ticking the box at sign-up, and we record which version you accepted and when. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

Browsing our public pages does not, on its own, form an agreement with us.

2. The Service

Pulget turns receipts, statements, and payment screenshots into a clean money inbox with spending insights. The Service is provided by Cublya and is intended to help you organise and understand your own financial documents.

3. No Financial Advice; No Guarantee of Accuracy

Pulget extracts data from documents automatically and the results may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only and is not financial, accounting, or tax advice. You are responsible for reviewing extracted figures and should confirm any important numbers against your original documents and, where appropriate, a qualified professional. You rely on the Service at your own risk.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account, and you must be at least 16 years old to open one. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

You can close your account at any time from Privacy & data in settings. Doing so deletes your workspace, your documents, and the files behind them; it cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Cublya a limited licence to process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes the rights of others;
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or security of the Service or its infrastructure;
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service using automated means except as expressly permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Service and its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by Cublya or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it extracts is accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cublya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or your reliance on its extracted data, including any financial decisions made on the basis of it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cublya and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms. Minor changes are posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. For a material change we will ask you to read and accept the new version the next time you sign in; until you do, the version you accepted is the one that binds you. Continuing to use the Service is not treated as acceptance of terms you were never shown.

If you would rather not accept a new version, you can sign out and keep your account, or delete your account and everything in it from Privacy & data in settings.
